  • Calendly— used to schedule consultations. When You book, Calendly collects Your name and email address to confirm the appointment and send a calendar invitation.
  • Google Maps— used to display the map of Our office.
  • Email delivery provider— used to deliver contact-form messages to Us.

Health information

Please do not include confidential health details in the website contact form. The form is not a secure channel for protected health information. Information shared as part of therapy is governed separately by Our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which is provided to clients directly.
